Wastewater management projects worth $240m to go operational in Tehran

TEHRAN – The managing director of the Water and Sewerage Department of Tehran Province has said wastewater projects worth 120 trillion rials (about $240 million) are going to go operational in the capital soon, IRNA reported.

According to Abasali Moserzadeh, the projects include a monitoring center for buildings control, a wastewater monitoring and control center, the construction of the largest sewage relief post building in the capital, the largest and third biomass power plant in Tehran which will be inaugurated with the presence of President Ebrahim Raisi in the near future.
